Dr. Neha Singh, Assistant Professor at IMNU, Nirma University, participated in the International Winter School on Heritage as Placemaking in Nepal (December 4–10, 2024). This transdisciplinary project, funded by Riksbankens Jubilieumsfond, is a collaboration among Heidelberg Centre for Transcultural Studies, Social Science Baha, Nepal, and SOAS University of London. Dr. Singh introduced the KODECET project during a session on Sustainable Pilgrimage, emphasizing circular economy (CE) principles and education’s role in fostering sustainability. She proposed integrating circular economy into creating a Cultural Village in Janakpur, Nepal will benefit both the local community and future generations.
