The Institute of Management, Nirma University (IMNU), organized Samvaad 2025, an engaging oratory event, through Karwaan – The Public Speaking Club. This event was part of the NEP 2020 5th Anniversary celebrations.
The theme was “Ancient Wisdom and Business Education.” It encouraged participants to explore how traditional Indian philosophies relate to modern business. Speakers drew insights from texts like the Bhagavad Gita and Arthashastra. They highlighted ethical leadership,strategic foresight, and value-based decision-making.
Praneet Srivastava and Tanya Sharma hosted the event. Dr. Nityesh Bhatt, the Director, and Prof. Jayesh Aagja, Chairperson of MBA Batch 2025 – 27, were also present. The jury panel included Dr. Trilok Sharma and Dr. Shilpa Tanna. They evaluated 18 finalists from the first and second-year MBA cohorts.
After a competitive round of speeches, Chaahat Sisodia (1st Year MBA) was declared the winner. Harshita Meharchandani (2nd Year MBA-HR) and Khevna Bhagat (1st Year MBA) were named the first and second runners-up, respectively.
With an audience of over 200 students, the event encouraged reflection and dialogue. It reinforced IMNU’s commitment to developing confident, value-driven business leaders.
