Meme Carnival 2025 at IMNU: Wit, Creativity, and Campus Spirit

The Website & Media Committee (WMC) of the Institute of Management, Nirma University, (IMNU), hosted Meme Carnival 2025 on the 8th and 9th of September, bringing together humor, creativity, and enthusiastic student participation in a vibrant campus celebration.

The two-day event gave students an opportunity to engage with the ever-growing meme culture while showcasing teamwork and quick thinking through a mix of games and competitions. Day one featured fun-filled activities such as Perfect Drop, Mystery Bottle, Steady Sticks, Pick n Play, and Cup Quest, which tested participants’ coordination, strategy, and group spirit. More than 200 students actively participated, making the event one of the most engaging cultural gatherings of the semester.

The highlight of the carnival was the Caption Card Competition, where teams matched witty captions with memes, creating a lively and laughter-filled atmosphere. The competitive spirit blended seamlessly with creativity, ensuring the event lived up to its promise of combining entertainment with imagination.

Team “The Croods” from MBA Second Year, represented by Khushi Mulla, Khyati Sharma, Shalini Bhadoria, and Raghav Modi, secured first place. Team “Better Luck Next Time” from MBA First Year, comprising Saksham Arora, Michael Fernandes, Ritik Nagpal, and Chinmay Dole, finished as runners-up.
