Institute of Management, Nirma University conducted a Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Communication & Team Building Skills” for employees of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) on March 6, 2026. The objective of the MDP was to fosters communication skills and work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals. The program focused on improving interpersonal communication, active listening, clarity in expressing ideas, building trust among team members that will help in achieve high performance. 35 participants across Gujarat attended the program.
