The Institute of Management, Nirma University (IMNU) organised Utkrishta’26, its annual Management Conclave, at the Management Auditorium, Ahmedabad, on October 8 and 9, 2026. Centred on the theme “Towards Viksit Bharat 2047: India Inc.’s Pivotal Role”, the conclave covered four domains: Operations Management, Marketing, Finance and Human Resource Management. It was coordinated by Dr. Satish Nair, Dr. Shaurya Srivastava and Dr. Chetan Jhaveri.
Day 1 began with the inaugural ceremony led by Prof. Nityesh Bhatt, Director & Dean, IMNU, with Shri Avinash Punekar, Chief Executive Officer, iCreate, as Chief Guest. The Operations Management session was moderated by Dr. Dinesh Panchal, with Mr. Mohit Malik, Chief Operating Officer, GSPANN Technologies, and Mr. Abhijit Medhi, Vice President – Supply Chain Transformation, SuperProcure, as speakers. The Marketing session was chaired by Dr. Sanjay Jain, with Mr. Shubhranshu Singh, Global Board Member, EffieLIONS Foundation, Mr. Ashish Tiwari, Chief Marketing & People Officer, Home Credit, and Mr. K. Ganapathy Subramaniam, Former Chief Marketing Officer, LT Foods, as speakers.
Day 2 featured the Finance session, chaired by Dr. Dipti Saraf, with Mr. Atul Daga, Chief Financial Officer, UltraTech Cement, Mr. Prashant Pandey, Chief Financial Officer, Neve Jewels Group, and Mr. Vikram Oza of Jindal Worldwide as speakers. The Human Resource Management session was chaired by Dr. Hardik Shah, with Mr. Kinjal Choudhary, Chief People Transformation Officer, Cadila Pharmaceuticals, and Mr. Sundeep Singh, Head-People & Culture, Renee Cosmetics, as speakers.
The conclave concluded with a valedictory ceremony, where Shri Bharat Patel, Chairman and Director, Yudiz Solutions Limited, was the Chief Guest and the student coordinators of the conclave committees were felicitated. Utkrishta’26 reflects IMNU’s continued commitment to bridging academic learning and industry practice.
