The Rainbow Centre at the Institute of Management, Nirma University (IMNU) is a women’s empowerment initiative co-funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ program. Standing for Realising Aspirations, Interests and Brilliance of Young Women, the center supports female students, alumni, and professionals through dedicated career counseling, mentorship, and leadership development. It regularly hosts interactive workshops, short-term training programs, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance professional skill sets and promote long-term financial independence.
