Centre for Family Business and Entrepreneurship

The Centre of Entrepreneurship is dedicated to create an effective Entrepreneurial ecosystem within the campus by promoting entrepreneurship and innovation within the student community and thereby help start scalable new ventures. It has been mentoring innovators through ideation, proof of concept and business creation, advising, funding support provision and networking with Government and other Venture capital sources. It has been working hard to create a vibrant platform of academicians, entrepreneurs and researchers along with support agencies labs and facilities provided by various departments at Nirma University. One of the highlights of the Centre is the emphasis on venture opportunity exploitation which are more viable, sustainable with highest impact potential. The Centre has been formulating standard procedures for identification, selection and development of potential entrepreneurs with the objective to nurture potential ideas through proof of concept and business creation, training them to use their talent to exploit opportunities and convert them into realities. It also aims to develop training for entrepreneurial success.
