Jyotirmayee Mahapatra is a PhD student in area of HR in the Institute of Management at Nirma University.Jyotirmayee earned her bachelor of science (B.Sc) in chemistry honors with distinction.Following this,she pursued a master's degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management equipped with the skills to navigate the complex world of labour relations.Human resources,and organizational management.Jyotirmayee has achieved a remarkable feat by qualifying for the UGC NET twice.
