Ms. Vatsala Gupta is a PhD Scholar in the Institute of Management at Nirma University. Ms. Vatsala received her Bachelor's and Master's of Arts in Economics from Agarwal Vidya Vihar English mediun College, Affiliated to VNSGU and School of Liberal Studies, PDEU; respectively. Where she submitted her dissertation on the respective topics: 'STUDY ON CURRENT STATUS OF RESPONSIBLE PLASTIC CONSUMPTION' and 'A STUDY ON DECLINING FEMALE LABOUR FORCE PARTICIPATION: TRENDS, REASONS AND POLICY IMPLICATIONS'. As a PhD Scholar at Nirma University, Ms. Gupta is committed to advancing the field of Economics through her research.
