Dr. Ankur Yadav is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Institute of Management, Nirma University. With a firm foundation in Accounting and Finance, Dr. Yadav’s academic journey reflects a strong commitment to interdisciplinary and empirical research. He holds a Ph.D. from Central University of Gujarat, where his doctoral work focused on "State-wise Market Performance of Unorganised Manufacturing Sector in India. Dr. Yadav’s academic credentials include an M.Phil. from the same institution, where he explored the impact of training programs under Self Help Groups (SHGs) on rural women’s socio-economic status. His earlier qualifications comprise an MBA in Financial Management from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University and a B.Com. from the University of Allahabad.
His teaching portfolio encompasses Accounting and Finance. Dr. Yadav’s research interests span across industrial performance, regional disparities, profitability analysis, and women empowerment through SHGs. His technical proficiency includes the use of statistical and econometric tools such as STATA, SPSS, and Nester, and he demonstrates adeptness in handling complex datasets from institutions like NSSO, CSO, CMIE, and RBI. He has authored and co-authored numerous research articles published in reputed journals. Dr. Yadav is an active participant in faculty development initiatives and research methodology workshops across reputed institutions and University. His contributions also extend to field surveys, data analysis, and the development of research instruments.
