About
Azharuddin Shaikh is working as an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the Institute of Management, Nirma University. He joined Nirma University in March 2020 and since then he has taught mathematics and some other subjects to management students at undergraduate level. Moreover, he has taught Mathematics to undergraduate engineering student for more than 6 years at his earlier work place. Overall, he has an experience of over 10 years in academics, teaching mathematics to engineering and management students. His educational qualification includes Ph.D. in the area of Inventory Management from School of Technology, Pandit Deendayal Energy University (Formerly known as Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University), Gandhinagar, Gujarat in year 2019; Master of Science (Mathematics) in 2013; and Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) in 2011 from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He has presented research papers at different national and international conferences. Also, he has research publications appearing in the different International peer reviewed journals which are indexed in Scopus/ESCI/EBSCO; while some are published as book chapters in edited book by international publishers.
