An early career academician with eneromoous passion for learning and teaching. Continue to work on labour laws and employee relations with exclusive research interest on Gig economy, Decent work and Labour issues in the Global Soith. Awarded with Doctoral degre from School of Management, NIT Rourkela in 2025 and I have MBA and MPhil in Human Resource Management as specialisation. Thus far with a 2.5 years of teaching experience, exposure to industry and global scholarship I am keen to sharpen, collaborate and contribute to the best of my potential.
