Dr. Chetna Sachdeva is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at the Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from the School of Management Studies, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad, and has over two years of academic experience. Her research interests include Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), environmental sustainability, and hybrid work
She has published research in Scopus and ABDC-indexed journals. Her research employs contemporary quantitative and systematic review methodologies.
Dr. Sachdeva has also presented her research at reputed national and international conferences and has received several awards for the same. She was also awarded the University Grants Commission Junior Research Fellowship (UGC-JRF).
