Diljeetkaur Makhija is a Techno-Management Professional with more than 13 years of experience in Academics. She is a member of Major Research Project "CESTour" co-funded by ERAMUS+ program of European Union on Sustainable Tourism. She has published research papers in national and international journals and presented papers at national and international conferences. She is a life time member at Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi. Her area of interest is operations management and operations research.
