A human resource professional with over two decades of industry experience and fifteen years in academia, Prof. Harismita Trivedi is passionate about teaching and working with young adults.
Prof. Trivedi?s experience in industry spans across two organizations in diverse sectors and multiple levels of responsibility, including Head (HR). She has served across a range of HR verticals both at the business and the corporate level.
With academia since 2003, Prof. Trivedi is actively engaged in teaching at the post-graduate, doctoral and faculty development programmes of the Institute. She has also been a visiting faculty to other management institutes. She currently teaches courses in human resource management and communication.
