About

  • She is one of the founder members of the Institute of Management, Nirma University Ahmedabad, having joined the Institute in 1997. Proficient Associate Professor of Organizational Behaviour with a passion for teaching and training she strives to teach course content by brining innovative teaching methods. She has a demonstrated ability to connect with students and motivate them. She has taught courses in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, USA and also several B-Schools in India. She has been conducting In-house training programmes for Public and Private Sector Organizations. She is a Certified Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) Practitioner by Thomas International Ltd. She also is CB5 Certified. She has published several research papers in journals published from India and abroad. Prof. Muncherji has also published a series of Caselets on Management in Times of India (A News Daily), Ahmedabad Edition in 2001. She has written Role Plays, Cases, Teaching Notes and Technical Notes in the area of OB & HRM which have been published by The Case Centre (ECCH), UK. She has edited seven books. Recently, she completed a joint Major Research Project co-funded by ERAMUS+ program of European Union on Women Empowerment titled RAINBOW (Realizing Aspirations, Interests and Brilliance of Young Women). She has visited China, Taiwan, South Korea, Australia, Germany, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Singapore, Dubai, USA, Austria, Finland and Spain on academic assignments. She is is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Training and Development.
