Dr. Pankaj Agrawal is an Assistant Professor in the area of Finance and Accounting at the Institute of Management, Nirma University. He holds a Ph.D. from the Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, and has over two years of academic experience. His research work has been published in refereed journals, and he actively contributes as a reviewer for reputed publishers including Emerald, Sage, and Inderscience. His academic interests focus on Corporate Finance, Firm Performance, and the transformation of SMEs in the context of Industry 4.0.
