With over 25 years of extensive teaching experience spanning undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, both domestically and internationally (Ethiopia), I bring a proven track record of academic excellence and research achievements. My educational background includes a master’s in commerce, B.L. dual MBAs, an M.Phil., and a Ph.D. My research endeavors' have led to the publication of 65 scholarly research articles, with 20 indexed in Scopus and 7 in ABDC journals, underscoring my commitment to contributing impactful research in the field. I have successfully managed three ICSSR-sponsored research projects totaling INR 19 lakhs, including a recent grant under a special call for empirical research. Notably, I have mentored five research scholars to the successful completion of their PhDs, a testament to my dedication to fostering academic growth and research excellence. Throughout my career, I have been honored with the Best Teacher Award three times, acknowledging my passion for teaching and my ability to inspire and educate students effectively. I am confident that my expertise in accounting and finance for the occupied position would make a significant contribution.
