Dr. Rajesh Kumar is an Assistant Professor in the Finance and Accounting area at the Institute of Management, Nirma University, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. He completed his Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies and Industrial Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. His areas of research include: Accounting Education, Accounting Ethics, Accounting Information Systems, Behavioral Accounting, FinTech, and Sustainable Accounting and Finance. He has published his research in leading journals indexed in ABDC/WoS/Scopus/ABS. Before joining the Ph.D. program, he was associated with the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta, India, as a Teaching Associate in the Finance and Control area. He also served as an Academic Researcher at Royal Research, Kolkata, and as an Assistant Manager at CapitalVia Global Research Ltd., Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, West Bengal, India.
