Dr. Ruchi Sao has 14 years of experience in teaching and research. She is NET certified by UGC. She has published research papers in national and international journals and presented papers at national and international conferences. She has organized National and International Management Conferences. Besides this, she has been involved in conducting training programs for reputed industries like Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, WCL, SMS Limited, Ordnance Factory Institute of Learning, MSEB to name a few. Her areas of interest include HRM, OB and Psychology. She is a life member of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM).
