Dr. Sadhna Sargam has 7 Years of Corporate experience in L&T Construction and StockHolding Corporation of India Ltd prior to starting her career in academics. She has earned her PhD from Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay in the area OB & HRM. From presenting papers at reputed international conferences to publishing articles and book chapters in journals and publications of repute, she has been recognized for her work at many national and international forums. Her teaching area includes Organization Design, Development and Change, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Cross-Cultural Management and allied courses. Responsible Leadership and Mindfulness are the areas wherein she is actively pursuing her research.
