Dr. Shubham Goswami is an Assistant Professor in Information Management Area. He holds a
doctoral degree in Computer Science and Masters in Business Administration. He has been
conducting workshops and Faculty Development Programme on problem-solving with
management science. His area of research includes technology adoption, information systems,
ICT for development, business analytics and online marketing. He has presented his research
work at several national and international conferences and published research papers in journals
indexed in ABDC & SCOPUS. He has been associated with research projects funded by Indian
Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and ERAMUS+ program of European Union
