The Institute of Management, Nirma University, conducted the inaugural ceremony for the 26th Batch of MBA, 19th Batch of MBA (FB&E), 10th Batch of Integrated Five Year BBA-MBA and 3rd Batch of MBA (HRM) programmes.
The chief guest for the session Mr Ganesh Nayak, Executive Director, Zydus group, said about galvanising moral and self-emotional values. He also mentioned VUCA: Volatility, Uncertainty, complexity, and Ambiguity for an individual.
Dr Anup K Singh mentioned believing in under-projecting, unbelieving and overperforming.
He also said that one needs to be careful about the decisions, as the students entered a new phase of life.
Dr Subir Verma, Director, Institute of Management, Nirma University, quotes about the importance of networking in MBA and mentioned about the pedagogy used for teaching. He welcomed the new batch and motivated the students to keep up with the ethics.
The session was completed, on a very good note and insightful learning for all the students.
