The 25th Nirma International Conference on Management (NICOM), organized by the Institute of Management, Nirma University, commenced with a pre-conference workshop on “Basic Structural Equation Modelling” by Dr. Vibhash Kumar, Associate Professor, Jindal Global Business School. He started by mentioning the power of the structural equation model for beginners and the utility as per situations of the same and furthered his session by explaining Partial Least Square (PLS): SEM and the rules for working on the same. He concluded the session by giving a hands-on demonstration of working on PLS-SEM.
