The Institute of Management, Nirma University, Celebrating its Silver Jubilee year, successfully concluded the Day-1 of Utkrishtha, the Annual Management Conclave, 2021 themed “Bounce Back India: Embedding Growth and Resilience.”
The day consisted of two plenary sessions with seven renowned speakers expanding students’ perspectives with their knowledge. They discussed several important topics like “Resilient Leadership and People Management”, “Rebooting Manufacturing in Technological Disruption”
Discussions on issues such as effects of covid in the manufacturing sector, innovations in India’s manufacturing sector, as well as anticipated shifts in government policy for the same, were explained briefly.
It was an opportunity for the students to gain knowledge and experience shared by all the guest speakers.
