The Institute of Management Nirma University has been conferred the prestigious “Most Inclusive B-School of the Country”; award in the 5th Industry-Academia Conference organized by People Labs on February 17, 2023. The eminent Jury was chaired by Mr. Amit Malik (Director-South Asia and Pacific, Wadzpay) and Dr. Vipul Singh (SVP and CHRO, ADP India) and had Himanshu Misra (CHRO-Axis Asset Management Co), Rashi Agarwal (CHRO-Halonix) and Sudakshina Ghosh (CHRO, GSK-Vietnam) as the members. Dr. Subir Verma, Director and Dean, Institute of Management, Nirma University received the award from the hands of the renowned Industry Stalwarts, Mr. Rajeev Dubey, Chairman, Mahindra First Choice and the Iconic, Mr. Harish Bhat, Brand Custodian, Tata Sons Pvt Ltd.
Speaking earlier as a panelist on the Demographic and Social Inclusions, Dr. Verma emphasized that the Institute?s efforts on Diversity and Inclusivity have involved building the mindset of students around the principles of 3As: Awareness, Acceptance and Appreciation.
