Placement Cell at Institute of Management

The Institute of Management, Nirma University provides training and placement support to its students for Summer and Final placements.

Over the last two decades, the Institute has emerged as one of the most favoured destination for hiring fresh talent from the campus. It endeavours to provide Industry compliant talent and emphasizes on Ethics, Empowerment, Engagement and Entrepreneurial attributes, besides discipline and self-learning.

The placements at the Institute is a four stage process, consisting of the Pre-Placement activities, Career Guidance, Executing Placements and Post Placement reviews. The Institute has corporate linkages with over 300 eminent organisations.

In addition to providing placement support, the Institute also facilitates internships of students in organisations during summer vacations, live projects, continuous institute-industry interactions, workshops and certification programmes, alumni engagement and mentorship, participation in seminars and conferences, facilitating industry visits and inviting distinguished speakers.
