The Kaizen Committee is committed to the continuous enhancement of the IMNU brand, with a primary focus on alumni engagement, admissions facilitation, and internal process improvements. Its major initiatives include publishing the annual Alumni Magazine, organizing Alumni Day, Alumni Conclave, multiple Alumni City Meets, Alumni Reunions, and Homecoming events. The committee also curates IMNU Merchandise, develops and maintains the Hall of Fame, and conducts seminar series delivered by top management professionals and industry leaders.
