Institute of Management believes that organising Faculty Development Programs is essential to the expansion and sustainability of educational institutions. The Faculty Development Programs (FDPs) organized by IMNU assist faculty members in staying current with the newest teaching techniques, technologies, and educational trends, ultimately improving the quality of education they offer to students. Participating in these programs allows faculty members to introduce novel approaches of instruction in the classroom, thus, improving student learning outcomes. FDPs often encourage faculty members to engage in research and scholarly activities. They provide resources and support to faculty interested in pursuing research projects, publishing papers, and contributing to the academic community.
