In its pursuit of developing industry-ready professionals, the Institute of Management, Nirma University, offers Executive Diploma Programmes in Management tailored to the needs of working executives, managers, and entrepreneurs.
Introduced in 1999, these programmes have consistently responded to the evolving demands of the industry by equipping professionals with essential managerial competencies to enhance their effectiveness and career growth.
For the academic year 2025–26, the Institute will offer the Executive Diploma Programme in Management with specializations in Business Analytics, Marketing, and Operations Management. (The offering of a specific specialization will be contingent upon a minimum number of enrolments required to commence the batch).
Classes will be held on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Nirma University Campus, providing a convenient and flexible learning opportunity for working professionals.

The EDPs are conducted on Sundays to suit the needs of working executives, managers, and entrepreneurs seeking exposure to modern management concepts and practices.

The pedagogy consists of lectures and discussions, case analysis, simulation exercises, assignments, projects, etc. Lectures and presentations by industry experts and acomplished scholars will also be organized from time to time. The actual mix of pedagogy varies with the nature of a course. The classrooms are air-conditioned and are equipped with multimedia and audio-visual aids to facilitate the teaching-learning process. A total of 20 sessions will be scheduled per course. The participants are encouraged to use the library on the campus.
Learning Resources: The participants can use the library that subscribes to 14 databases and around 10,000 E-journals through databases such as EBSCO, JSTOR, Elsevier’s Science Direct, and Sage. The library also subscribes to ISI Emerging Markets Database, the financial and economic databases like; ACE Equity, ACE Mutual Funds, Bloomberg, and Prowess IQ. The library also subscribes to Indiastat.com, which is a socioeconomic database, and SCOPUS for helping researchers.
A three-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline recognized by Nirma University as eligible for Postgraduate studies and a minimum of two years of work experience as on 31st July, 2025. Only post-degree (graduation) work experience will be taken into consideration for deciding the work experience. Work experience will be counted from the date of issue of the final year graduation mark sheet.
Candidates shall be offered admission based on their performance in the personal interview, work experience, and past academic achievements.

Course Tuition Fees (Each Specialisation): Rs. 46,000/- (+ Applicable Taxes)
The tuition fee can be paid in two installments of Rs. 23,000/- each. First installment is to be paid at the time of registration, and the second in November.
