Intake, Eligibility & Admission Procedure

Integrated BTech Programme (5 Years Programme) All India Seats (85%) NRI / NRI-Sponsored (15%) Total Intake

  • Admissions to these seats will be filled-in by the Institute. Candidates must register and apply online on the admission portal separately.
  • 85% of the total in-take shall be filled from the candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from schools located in India (including Gujarat State) and have appeared for Paper-I of JEE (Main) 2025.
  • The candidates seeking admission in the first year of Integrated BTech-MBA shall have passed the HSC or equivalent examination with minimum 60% marks along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at first attempt.

Selection Procedure

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the Admission Test (Paper-I of JEE (Main) 2025) and must have appeared for a Personal Interview. The final selection for admission shall be determined based on the candidates’ performance in the Admission Test, Personal Interview, and their Academic Performances.
  • The final merit shall be determined based on the following criteria:
    50%: Weightage of NTA Score of Paper-I of JEE (Main) scores
    30%: Weightage of performance in Personal Interview
    20%: Academic performances
  •  The candidates seeking admission in the first year of Integrated BTech – MBA shall have passed the HSC or equivalent examination with minimum 60% marks along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
  • Candidates must have appeared for Paper-I of JEE (Main) 2025 examination.

Users should register a new account to log into the online application form. The login details will be used for filling the admission form and checking the status of the application later.

After successful login the admission form will be displayed.

Applicants should complete the online application form and submit the same along with a non-refundable admission processing fee of Rs.1500/- +other applicable taxes. The payment should be made online by credit/debit/net banking.

Tuition Fee The fees of the regular MBA programme of the Institute shall apply.

Admissions to these seats will be filled-in by the Institute. Candidates must register and apply online on the Institute website separately.

For NRI Candidate

  • Candidates should have passed Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) Examination (10+2) or any other equivalent examination recognized by Nirma University with minimum 60% aggregate marks at first attempt.
  • Candidate will have to produce equivalence certificate of qualifying examination from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi.

Selection Procedure for NRI Candidate

The candidates applying in the above category are not required to appear for Admission Test (Paper-I of JEE-Mains 2025). Admission selection process will be purely based on the merit of qualifying examination.

For NRI Sponsored Candidate

  • The candidates seeking admission in the first year of Integrated BTech-MBA shall have passed the HSC or equivalent examination with minimum 60% marks along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics at first attempt.
  • Candidate must have appeared for Paper-I of JEE (Main) 2025 examination.
    NRI-sponsored candidates shall be required to submit a sponsorship letter from an NRI sponsor, who shall provide a legally binding undertaking to cover all tuition and other fees for the entire duration of the program.
  • Documentary evidence of Sponsor’s NRI Status must be produced.

Selection Procedure For NRI Sponsored Candidate

  • Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the Admission Test (Paper-I of JEE (Main) 2025) shall be required to appear for a Personal Interview. The final selection for admission shall be determined based on the candidates’ performance in the Admission Test, Personal Interview, and their Academic Performances.

All candidates are hereby informed that it is mandatory to submit the online application form along with the prescribed application form fee and upload scanned copies of the necessary documents on or before the specified due date mentioned on the admission portal. (a) For NRI Candidate

NRI Sponsored candidates will have to produce a sponsorship letter from an NRI who will undertake to pay all tuition and other fees for the entire degree program. Documentary evidence of Sponsorer having NRI Status must also be produced.

  • NRI-sponsored candidates shall be required to submit a sponsorship letter from an NRI sponsor, who shall provide a legally binding undertaking to cover all tuition and other fees for the entire duration of the program.

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in the Admission Test (Paper-I of JEE (Main) 2025) and must have appeared for a Personal Interview. The final selection for admission shall be determined based on the candidates’ performance in the Admission Test, Personal Interview, and their Academic Performances.
