Ms. Divya Vaghrola is a full-time Doctoral Scholar at the Institute of Management, Nirma University. Her academic journey is marked by a profound passion for research, with a particular focus on Indian ancient texts and Human Resource Management. Ms. Divya's pursuit of knowledge began with a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Ahmedabad University, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of HR practices.
Before embarking on her doctoral journey, Ms. Divya gained valuable practical experience in the field of HR at CEPT University for 13 months. This hands-on experience not only enhanced her knowledge professionally but also provided her with real-world insights that continue to inform her research.
