Dr. Anuja Gupta has over four years of core teaching experience across premier management and commerce institutions, including Ahmedabad University, Karnavati University, and St. Xavier's Commerce College. She holds a Ph.D. from Nirma University, prior to which she served as a Teaching Associate in Operations Management at Ahmedabad University. Throughout her academic tenure, she has been actively involved in delivering specialized courses across full-time MBA and integrated BBA-MBA programs.
Her research centers on sustainable operations management, focusing on the quantitative application of the "R's of sustainability" and circular economy frameworks to help manufacturing industries navigate climate action and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). An active researcher, she has published her work in Scopus-indexed journals under the ABDC "B" and "C" categories and has presented her research at prestigious national and international conferences hosted by esteemed institutions like IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore.
