Nimrat Singh is a masters in Clinical Psychology and Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. She is the founder of Tangram and an Associate Professor at Nirma University- MBA college. She played a pioneering role in formalizing the field of counseling and career counseling in the city of Ahmedabad, when she began the first counseling center in 1996. She has two books and several published research papers to her credit. During covid times she offered her services across the globe and was awarded the ? Global Business Excellence in Social Impact? by The Guide (U.K.) in September 2021
