Dr. Jain has more than 30+ years of experience in academics, research, and consultancy. Recipient of the National Merit Scholarship, he has conducted sessions in a variety of MDPs; published and presented research papers in many national and international journals and conferences. He has co-authored 9 management books. Dr. Jain is the Chair of the American Society for Quality India Section. He is a Life Member of the Indian Society for Training and Development; and a Life Member of the Indian Society for Mechanical Engineers. His research interest includes Lean, Quality, Project, Supply Chain Management, and Organizational Effectiveness. He is QCI certified Master Trainer for Zero Defect & Zero Effect.
