Dr. Shahir Bhatt has more than 16 years of experience in teaching and research. He has also cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) for lectureship conducted by University Grants Commission, New Delhi. He has a keen interest in teaching management students where acquired expertise, creative talents, and commitment to excellence will have valuable applications leading to growth and all-round development of individuals. He has an inclination towards research, especially in retail and entrepreneurship, and has a career vision to work in a challenging environment, to get the opportunity of continuous learning. He has completed a joint Minor Research Project funded by Nirma University on Entrepreneurship Education. He has also published papers in journals of national and international repute. His research interest includes issues related to Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management.
