IMNU Welcomes New MBA Batches with a Warm and Well-Orchestrated Induction Day. The Institute of Management at Nirma University commenced its much-awaited Induction Programme on June 19, 2025, marking the formal welcome of the new cohorts for the MBA, MBA (HRM), MBA (FB&E), Integrated B.Tech-MBA, and Integrated BBA-MBA programs.The day began with students reporting and registering across various classrooms, buzzing with excitement and anticipation of new beginnings. The presence of parents alongside their wards added warmth and significance, as families took their first steps together into this important academic chapter.
Two parent interaction sessions were held at the Auditorium, led by Dr. Nityesh Bhatt, Director of the Institute, along with the respective Programme Chairpersons of each MBA stream. They addressed the gathering with thoughtful insights on IMNU’s academic philosophy, student-centric approach, and vision of developing responsible business leaders. The sessions reassured parents about the nurturing and disciplined environment their children would be a part of.
Dedicated program-specific introduction sessions were conducted by esteemed faculty members across multiple venues, including the auditorium and respective classrooms. Prof. Sapna Parashar introduced the Integrated BBA-MBA program, Prof. Jayesh Aagja addressed the students of MBA and Integrated B.Tech-MBA in the Auditorium, Prof. Hardik Shah led the session for MBA (HRM), and Prof. Bhavesh Patel introduced the MBA (FB&E) program. These sessions laid out the academic structure, co-curricular opportunities, and learning expectations for each program, setting a clear path forward for the students.
Post-lunch, students and parents attended informative sessions on general instructions, including hostel guidelines, anti-ragging measures, and medical support facilities. Led by Prof. Nikunj Patel and Mr. Digant Mandavia, these sessions emphasized the institute’s commitment to student welfare and safety.
The first day of the induction concluded on a note of motivation, clarity, and connection – with students eager to embrace their academic journey and parents leaving with a sense of confidence and pride. The energy and organization witnessed on Day 1 set the tone for an impactful induction week ahead.
