Dr. Hardik Shah is a passionate faculty, trainer, and researcher having more than 20 years of experience in HRM & OD domain. He successfully facilitated and steered a number of training/consulting assignments in different organizations including Mahindra Comviva, NIAM, CEL, Johnson Control- Hitachi Air-conditioning, Apollo Tyres, Reckitt Benkiser (RB).
He has authored five books and over 35+ Research Papers. He is on the editorial board of 'AI Practitioner?, the only journal worldwide, dedicated to 'appreciative inquiry. He is also a reviewer for the Journal of public administration and policy research (JPAPR), Journal of Management Development (JMD), European Journal of Training and Development (EJTD), and Journal of Public Administration and Policy Research (JPAPR). His current areas of interest include competency mapping, projects teams, managerial capability building, psychometric testing/assessment, and appreciative inquiry.
